  The terms and conditions set reflect Elite Auto Spa's policy with respect to each of its clients. ALL clients of Elite Auto Spa agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Prior to Elite Auto Spa performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the service.

 

This may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, power seating not usable, windows do not roll down, etc.…

 

If your vehicle poses a potential threat to my health and/or safety, please let that be known. If there are the any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, vomit, blood, feces.) in the vehicle, it is a must to let this be known PRIOR to your appointment.

 

If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive (due to condition), you will not be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment, although travel fee still required if applied due to client location.

 

Tate’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service.

 

Appointments

Elite Auto Spa will arrive before or on time. However, situations can occur that will disrupt our schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival if schedule is affected.

 

A 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment is required, if no notice is provided a cancellation fee of $25-$50 will be implemented. As for rescheduling an appointment, no fees are implemented.

 

Additional charges may apply for heavy staining, excessive pet hair, fluids, mold.

 

 

Property

Each client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Auto Spa, its owner, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Elite Auto Spa's services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Elite Auto Spa's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

 

Elite Auto Spa will neither install nor remove any seats or car seats, if you'd like these areas cleaned, please do so before appointment.

 

Elite Auto Spa will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, sunshades.

 

An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple cancellation fees if appointments are canceled.

 

If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a specific date & time will be recommended based upon our availability.

 

 

Payment

We accept cash, card, and various app payments such as Apple Pay and Cashapp. There is a processing fee of $5 for those that are paying with card or through an online app. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required.

 

 

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.

 

 

Gift Cards and eGift Cards

 Purchase and Redemption:

  • Gift cards and eGift cards can be purchased in-store or online through our official website.

  • Gift cards and eGift cards can be redeemed for auto detailing services at any Elite Auto Spa location.

  • Gift cards and eGift cards are valid for a period of [6] months from the date of purchase.

 Use of Gift Cards:

  • Note that the gift card amount may not fully cover the entire cost after location fee and if the vehicle requires extra care due to excessive dirt, stains, or other unique conditions.

  • Gift cards can be used to pay for any auto detailing service offered by Elite Auto Spa.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Any remaining balance on a gift card after a transaction will be retained on the gift card for future use.

 Lost or Stolen Cards:

  • Elite Auto Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • Treat gift cards like cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

 Non-Transferable:

  • Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.

 Combining Gift Cards:

  • Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.

  • Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

 Refunds:

  • Refunds for services purchased with a gift card will be issued as a credit on a new gift card.

 eGift Cards:

  • eGift cards are delivered electronically and can only be redeemed online or through our official app.

  • eGift cards are subject to the same terms and conditions as physical gift cards.

 Expiry Date:

  • Expiry dates for gift cards are clearly stated on the card and cannot be extended.

 

Damage/Accidents

  Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Elite Auto Spa will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.

 

  Each client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Auto Spa, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
