What exactly is a Ceramic Coating?A ceramic coating is a chemical solution applied to various surfaces on your car, truck, SUV, motorcycle or equipment, to ultimately increase durability and chemical resistance while enhancing gloss and reflection.

Does ceramic coating protect the vehicle from rock chips and marks?Unfortunately, ceramic coatings will not prevent defects or damage from rock chips, hail, tree branches, nor a shopping cart running with the wind right into your car.

How long will a ceramic coating last?Based upon the grade of ceramic coating and vehicle (time on road) will regard how long the coatings protective properties last. A standard grade ceramic coating can last from 1 to 5 years and a higher grade can last from 7 to 9 years. Maintenance is crucial every 3 to 6 months if the vehicle is a daily driver or driven frequently, ensuring the life of the coating.

Can I still use a car wash with a ceramic coating?Driving through an automatic car wash with a ceramic coating applied should be avoided. What is included with your Standard Wash?Our Standard Wash includes a comprehensive exterior pretreatment and contact wash, ensuring every inch of your vehicle is thoroughly cleaned. The tires are dressed to a satin finish, giving them a sleek, polished look. A protectant is meticulously applied to all trim components to keep them looking their best. To safeguard your vehicle's exterior, a high-quality sealant is applied to all surfaces, including glass, paint, plastics, and the faces of all rims. Finally, we ensure the exterior glass is spotless and crystal clear.

What is included with the Paint Enhancement package?With our Paint Enhancement service, the vehicle is thoroughly prepped with foam bath and contact wash. Rims, fender wells and tires are decontaminated using proper brake dust remover. The painted surface is chemically and mechanically deconed with a dedicated iron particle remover followed with clay bar/mitt leaving zero bonded contamination. An “All In 1” polish is then performed on the paint to remove fine scratches, light defects while adding a durable layer of SI02 protection. Finalizing with topping the paint surfaces with a sealant, dressing tires to a satin finish while the all windows/glass are polished streak-free. *This paint correction package is a great option if you’re not looking to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on paint correction and paint protection. Ideal for vehicles with thinner clear coat levels as this process does not remove nearly as much clear coat as a single stage or two stage does.

How long will the standard wash take?Based upon the vehicle size/condition, our standard wash package can range from 2 to 3 hours to complete. The vehicle undergoes a multistage decontamination process removing sap, road film, dirt, iron particles before applying a ceramic sealant to all exterior surfaces. Providing hydrophobic and UV protection properties while increasing the paints gloss overtime.

How long will the paint enhancement take?This service can range from 5 hours to 7 hours based upon the size of vehicle and the type of outcome you are looking for. The vehicle undergoes a multistage decontamination process, removing tar, sap, road film, dust, iron particles or previous waxes/sealants before advancing to the paint enhancement.

What is an Iron Remover?An iron remover is a chemical that breaks the bond between iron/rust particles from metal. We use this on not only the paint but rims as well where there is a very high possibility of iron contamination.

What is the difference between Level 1 & 2?The level 1 is a light to mild interior cleaning; no stain removal or shampoo and extraction should be needed. Level 2 is a heavy disinfection of the interior, removing any embedded odors, staining, grime possible with steam sterilization.

Will all of the stain be removed within the level 2 interior?We cannot guarantee all staining to be removed based upon the time it has had to embed itself into the materials such as carpeting, fabric, leather or plastics. Using the proper chemicals and equipment we do everything possible to bring back the interior of your vehicle to the highest level of cleanliness possible.

How long will this interior detail take?The level 1 interior can range from 1 hour to 3 hours, and the level 2 interior can range from 4 hours up to 6 hours based upon the amount of staining, crumbs, pet hair and odor needing removed. Might be asking why not just have one interior package? With experience, it seems there are less heavily soiled interiors on the road, rather than those that are well-maintained, and simply not needing a full disinfection.

How much do you charge for each level?The LVL 1 can range from $100-$150 & our LVL 2 can range from $200-$300. Based upon the size of vehicle and amount of staining, pet hair, odor needing removed. When we arrive, we will always provide thorough communication in regards of which is best for your budget & the interior or exterior of your vehicle.

Do you remove seating in either level?Currently we do not remove your seating. It plays a major role in keeping you and loved ones safe, therefore we would not apply any method to affect this. Using a variety of equipment, such as compressed air, steam and vacuum attachments, allows us to properly reach those difficult areas of the vehicle.

How do you clean and protect the leather?After the multistage wash process, and everything is dried up and prepped for polishing, we use a designated leather cleaner to provide a clean surface for our leather lock conditioner to be applied. You are eligible to upgrade to our System X Interior Protection that gives leather, vinyl, plastics components a dense layer against UV rays, rain, staining and aging.

What's a paint enhancement?A paint enhancement is a less abrasive form of paint correction that has little cut therefore removing little to no clear coat but making a major affect removing surface defects and increasing paints gloss.

Do you use tire shine on motorcycle tires?We do not dress ANY tires on a motorcycle, as this is unsafe for all riders. There is much risk involved as there is a limited amount of sidewall on the tire.

Do you machine wax the paint?We do not. After the enhancement polish (reducing light defects) and surface prep (simply a final wipe of any polish residue), a ceramic wax is hand applied to all painted surfaces. This provides a dense layer of UV protection while increasing gloss and shine for up to 6 months.
